When is the Best Time to Visit Mahakumbh?
If you want to witness the grand ceremonies, it’s best to visit during the Shahi Snan (Royal Bath) days. However, these days experience heavy crowds. To avoid the rush:
- Arrive 1-2 days before the Shahi Snan and stay in Kumbh City.
- On non-special bathing days, the crowd is significantly smaller, making it ideal for a peaceful holy dip.
Significance of Bathing at Mahakumbh
If you want to witness the grand ceremonies, it’s best to visit during the Shahi Snan (Royal Bath) days. However, these days experience heavy crowds. To avoid the rush:
Ragular Bathing:
- Bathing at the Sangam (confluence of rivers) during Mahakumbh is considered spiritually uplifting and brings blessings for a better life.
Shahi Snan (Royal Bath):
